A Surrey based practice in the Guildford area and in close proximity to places such as Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham, Petersfield, Horsham, Crawley, Leatherhead or Woking is recruiting for an Architectural Technician or Technologist. The practice mainly attracts stunning high end and high value, Surrey based residential projects, both traditional and contemporary. These can be renovations, alterations, extensions or occasionally new builds. Their projects really do have a wow factor.
You will generally be working from the planning drawing stages through to producing construction packages, specifications and delivery. You will also be required to visit sites during the construction stages. They use AutoCAD.
The practice has circa twenty staff, a very friendly and social culture, a respect for work life balance and you will be working from their newly refurbished studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high quality and technically interesting projects that you will be able take ownership of and run with a high level of autonomy.
