With an established reputation in the luxury design sector, they combine creativity, technical excellence, and a highly personalised approach to every commission. They are seeking a Senior Design Architect to join their team in West London. This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Architect to work on high-end and prime residential projects, taking a lead role in shaping concept designs and driving them forward through to Stage 3. As Senior Design Architect, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing briefs, formulating concept designs, and producing inspirational sketches and 3D visualisations. Acting as the link between the Directors and the delivery team, you’ll oversee early-stage design and planning, ensuring a seamless transition through to project delivery. Responsibilities include: Leading design development across RIBA Stages 0 – 3 Producing high-quality concept sketches and visualisations Collaborating with Directors, in-house specialists, and external consultants Supervising planning drawings and coordinating the design team Preparing Design
