A Surrey-based practice in the Guildford area, close to Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham, Petersfield, Horsham, Crawley, Leatherhead and Woking, is recruiting for an Architectural Technician or Technologist. The practice mainly handles stunning high-end residential projects in Surrey, including renovations, alterations, extensions or occasionally new builds. Projects are typically traditional and contemporary, with a strong wow factor. The studio is newly refurbished, with circa twenty staff and a friendly, social culture that supports work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- You will generally work from the planning drawing stages through to producing construction packages, specifications and delivery.
- You will also be required to visit sites during construction stages.
- The practice uses AutoCAD.
