We are working with a well-established architectural practice based in central Edinburgh, recognised for delivering medium to large-scale residential-led developments across the UK. Their portfolio includes Build to Rent, PBSA, affordable housing, co-living and later living schemes, with an increasing focus on modern methods of construction and modular delivery. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join the team and support the delivery of technically complex residential projects.
The Role
You will work closely with a senior job runner, supporting the technical development and coordination of projects, with a particular focus on cladding and envelope packages. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their technical expertise within a collaborative and design-conscious studio environment.
