An award-winning AJ100 practice has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Urban Designer to join its highly respected London studio.
The practice is renowned for creating exceptional places, working on residential and mixed-use developments ranging from new neighbourhoods and urban extensions to garden communities and new towns across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career Urban Designer looking to develop their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Working alongside experienced architects, masterplanners and urban designers, you will contribute to projects at a variety of scales, gaining exposure to all stages of the design process while helping to create sustainable, vibrant and people-focused places.
The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate qualification in Urban Design and possess excellent graphic communication skills.
You should be proficient in CAD and the Adobe Creative Suite, with Sketch Up experience being highly desirable.
A passion for placemaking, sustainability and creating high-quality residential environments is essential, together with a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop your career.
