Are you passionate about the property sector and looking to get started or even further your current skills within the industry? Local Independent Estate and Letting Agents TARR RESIDENTIAL are currently looking for Sales/Lettings Advisers on a full-time basis to work within our established and busy Chard office.
The successful candidates will be offered a salary on a yearly or hourly rate plus bonuses based on their industry experience and ongoing performances. We would consider part-time for the right candidate on a pro-rata basis. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to fit in with our already fantastic and established team.
Property sales and lettings knowledge, understanding of the local area, customer care and administrative skills are preferred but always essential as training will be given. You will need to hold a driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential to the role, but a fuel and parking allowance will be offered.
As a long-standing local independent business within the town centre of Chard, Somerset, we already have a proven track record of selling and letting properties. The successful candidate will be working with both new and existing clients.
These positions are being advertised locally and online; we do not have a deadline but will end our search once the perfect candidate is found.
Hours Required: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and a Saturday (min 3 hrs, max 8 hrs) Rota of one in four will also be required.
