We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable Deputy Retail Manager to join our retail team in Padstow, working across Tinner Bros Whisky, Twin Fin Rum, and occasionally Tarquin’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering great customer service, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of busy, customer‑facing shops.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor
- Supporting the Retail Manager with daily operations and taking responsibility in their absence
- Managing inventory, stock rotation, and deliveries
- Helping the team meet daily and weekly targets
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
- Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store
- Supporting rota planning when required
- Working collaboratively across multiple sites when needed
This role will include weekend working on a rota basis.
What we’re looking for:
- Retail experience (essential)
- Confident, approachable, and organised
- Comfortable engaging with customers and small groups
Nice to have:
- Personal Licence Holder
- Hospitality or alcohol service experience
