We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable Deputy Retail Manager to join our retail team in Padstow, working across Tinner Bros Whisky, Twin Fin Rum, and occasionally Tarquin’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering great customer service, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of busy, customer‑facing shops.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor
  • Supporting the Retail Manager with daily operations and taking responsibility in their absence
  • Managing inventory, stock rotation, and deliveries
  • Helping the team meet daily and weekly targets
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
  • Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store
  • Supporting rota planning when required
  • Working collaboratively across multiple sites when needed

This role will include weekend working on a rota basis.

  • Retail experience (essential)
  • Confident, approachable, and organised
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and small groups

Nice to have:

  • Personal Licence Holder
  • Hospitality or alcohol service experience
