Position: Temporary, Part Time positions available.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Retail Brand Ambassador to join our teams in Padstow Tarquins and TwinFin/ Tinners Shops! This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail department, engaging with new customers and existing fans of Tarquins. This role will come with its own responsibilities as part of a small team and also offer opportunities for development, growth, and training within the company as a whole.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering an outstanding level of customer service to everyone who walks through our door.
  • Inventory management and stock rotation under the guidance of the Retail Manager.
  • Working alongside the team to meet daily and weekly key performance indicators and targets.
  • Accepting deliveries and ensuring accuracy and quality of products on sale.
  • Housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
  • Help create an enjoyable and safe work environment for all employees and customers.

What you'll need to have:

  • Retail experience.
  • Confident in public speaking is an advantage.

What you might have:

  • Personal Licence Holder.
  • Hospitality experience: including alcohol service.
