What You’ll Be Doing

As a Contract Administrator, you will provide high‑level administrative support to the wider contracting team, playing a key role in ensuring contracts are efficiently and effectively supported. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the overall contract administration team with day‑to‑day administrative activities
  • Managing timesheets for both permanent and temporary workers
  • Updating team trackers to ensure all contracts remain fully supported
  • Prioritising and multitasking daily duties with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining proactive and effective communication across your area of responsibility
  • Managing administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, collating and formatting scanned documents, and filing electronically in the appropriate folders
  • Providing administrative support to help maintain efficient, safe and cost‑effective contract activities
  • Complying with company Health & Safety policies, proactively tracking mandatory training, and reporting unsafe or hazardous working practices
  • Supporting professional platform and social media activities as required

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
