Are you passionate about cuttingâedge Voice & Data technologies and ready to make a real impact across a dynamic business? Weâre looking for a Voice & Data Network Analyst to join our teamâsomeone who can combine deep technical expertise with a proactive, solutionsâfirst mindset.
About the Role: As our Voice & Data specialist, youâll report into the Communications & Information Security Manager and act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the delivery of secure, reliable and highâquality services across the business. Youâll work closely with key stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure our Voice & Data systems are compliant, resilient and continuously improving. Youâll support both project delivery and operational excellence; bringing innovative thinking, strong problemâsolving skills and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Delivering consistent, secure and costâeffective Voice & Data services across the business
- Monitoring system availability, capacity and performanceâdriving enhancements where needed
- Supporting IT projects and change initiatives with Voice & Data expertise
- Providing expert 2ndâline support in line with SLAs
- Investigating incidents, escalating where appropriate and contributing to rootâcause analysis
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOx, GISP and internal control processes
- Liaising with vendors to maintain high service standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes and technologies
Key Stakeholders:
- Senior Voice & Data Analysts, Security Analysts, Change & Release Managers
- Project Managers, Software Asset Managers & Operational Systems teams
- Business IT users, Internal Auditors & External Auditors
- A range of software, hardware and professional service providers
What Youâll Bring:
Qualifications & Experience:- Degreeâlevel education or significant relevant industry experience
- ITIL certified/trained
- Technical knowledge in one or more areas such as: Cisco, Meraki, Avaya; MPLS, SDâWAN, SIP
- Experience designing and delivering solutions aligned to business needs
- Vendor engagement and thirdâparty hosting experience
- Strong communicator (technical & nonâtechnical)
- Creative thinker with rigorous implementation skills
- Excellent problem analysis and solution design abilities
- Highâquality documentation skills
- Resultsâdriven, resilient and highly committed
- Persuasive and confident in influencing others
- Methodical, flexible and supportive
- Quick to act with a positive âcanâdoâ approach
