Facilities Technician in Stanford-le-Hope

Are you an experienced and dynamic Facilities Technician looking for your next permanent role? Then please read on. We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician to join our friendly team at Linford Building Product Plant, in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Senior Site Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day activities which will include:

• Weighbridge Cover – Computer Literate
• Monthly Spill Kit Checks
• Face Fit Checks – once trained
• First Aider – once trained
• Ladder checks – once trained
• Worksite inspections, to include reporting of skips and recording on Intelex
• Monthly gas and water reading checks
• Monthly bander and radio checks
• BIB tap weekly checks
• Weekly collection of guard check sheets and forklift truck check sheets
• Fire Alarm weekly check
• Any other tasks as required
