Tarmac is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative for our Southampton site (Burnley Wharf Marine Aggregates). You will operate fixed and mobile plant, run the weighbridge, and help meet daily production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
The role requires experience with loading shovel/telehandler, a full UK licence (6 points max), and strong communication. Training will be provided for wharf/quarry environments.
