Tarmac is seeking Multi Skilled Road Surfacing Operatives to join the South West Surfacing Team for a long-term Hampshire highways contract.

The role is based from the Bristol Stancombe Office, with travel to surrounding areas like Andover and Portsmouth.

You’ll join a collaborative, safety‑minded team delivering high-quality resurfacing works.

Ideal candidates have road surfacing experience, a CSCS card (preferred), and valid UK driving licence.
