We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Aggregates & Asphalt operations, driving performance, safety and operational excellence across a portfolio of assets.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering business performance, developing high-performing teams and creating the long-term strategy that ensures our operations continue to thrive.
The Opportunity
As Senior Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to a team of Operations Managers, ensuring the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of our operational objectives.
You will be accountable for operational performance, financial delivery, people development and strategic planning, whilst championing a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
