We are looking for an experienced Operative at our Ballidon plant in Derbyshire who will help produce powders and granules for industrial and agricultural markets. The role requires rotating shift work and is part of a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate the processing plant and maintain plant balance.
- Load lorries via the control room, meeting daily customer requirements.
- Work with the lab testing team.
- Carry out daily safety and quality checks on the plant.
- Attend and contribute to monthly safety and operational meetings.
- Operate manual bulk bag machines.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a similar operative role.
- Willingness to work rotating shift pattern.
- Background in health and safety within an industrial environment.
- Forklift licence preferred.
- Full training will be provided if required.
