What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Preparing quotations for Asphalt & Aggregates products
- Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer‑focused solutions
- Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture
