Tarmac is seeking a National Land Disposals Manager to drive the disposals strategy across a national property portfolio. You will lead a specialist team, manage land sales and commercial contracts, and work with Asset Management, Strategic Planning and Finance to maximise value and deliver profitable growth.
In this fixed-term role up to 15 months, you will mentor colleagues, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure disposal-ready assets align with broader business objectives.
