As the PMO Lead, you'll be at the centre of programme delivery, driving governance excellence, ensuring leadership teams have clear visibility of progress, and enabling confident, informed decision making across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading programme governance across a major transformation programme
- Driving reporting, programme visibility and executive-level communications
- Owning RAID management, action tracking and decision governance
- Coordinating steering committees, leadership forums and governance meetings
- Ensuring robust controls, compliance and document management standards
- Supporting senior programme stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from PMO professionals who have experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP or systems implementation programmes and who are passionate about governance, organisation and continuous improvement.
You’ll Bring
- Proven PMO, Programme Office or Project Coordination experience

- Experience maintaining RAID logs, actions and decisions
