We're looking for an experienced Commercial Systems Lead to join Project Falcon, a major business transformation initiative that will shape the future of how Tarmac operates. What You'll Be Doing

As the Commercial Systems Lead, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery across the Commercial domain, ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, tested, and delivered to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and delivery plans
  • Leading Commercial solution design and maintaining system architecture baselines
  • Managing configuration, development, integration, and deployment activities across multiple teams
  • Defining and overseeing integrations with platforms such as SAP ECC, Salesforce, DigiFleet, and other enterprise systems
  • Facilitating workshops that balance business needs with technical capability and programme governance
  • Supporting system, integration, security, and performance testing activities
  • Driving defect management and issue resolution through to successful deployment
  • Supporting cutover planning, go-live readiness, and seamless transition into BAU support
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and progress reporting within programme governance frameworks

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a technically credible leader who can engage stakeholders at every level and successfully deliver complex enterprise systems change. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience leading systems delivery within Commercial, Customer, Sales, Pricing, Order Management, or similar functions
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
  • Experience working with suppliers, systems integrators, developers, and business teams
  • Strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, operational readiness, and service transition activities
  • The confidence to challenge, influence, and drive successful outcomes across complex programmes
