We are looking for a Strategic Planning Coordinator to join our Land & Natural Resources function, providing vital support to our Strategic Planning, National Mineral Development and Circularity teams. What You'll Be Doing As Strategic Planning Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across several key teams within Land & Natural Resources. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a first point of contact for correspondence, enquiries and telephone calls Managing diaries, organising meetings and coordinating appointments Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings and event administration Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring arrangements are cost-effective and efficient Producing meeting materials including presentations, agendas, notes and minutes Maintaining departmental trackers and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date Supporting SAP administration and coordinating purchase orders through approved processes Assisting with the administration of capital and project expenditure Building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders Providing flexible support to the wider team whenever requiredWhat We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll be an organised and proactive professional with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
