What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a range of customers
- Preparing and managing quotations for aggregates and asphalt products
- Negotiating pricing and maximising sales opportunities
- Delivering a high standard of customer service every time
- Working to sales targets and KPIs including value‑added products and call performance
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a “one team” approach
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- The ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- A performance driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
- A flexible, positive and team‑oriented approach
Where you’ll be based:
This is an office‑based role at our Tarmac Hub in Mountsorrel (near Quorn, Loughborough) which is easily accessible from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coalville, Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch, Burton upon Trent, Melton Mowbray and the surrounding areas.
