The Hub, Mountsorrel, Quorn, near Loughborough, Leicestershire – the role is based out of the Tarmac Hub but is a mobile position. The contract is 6 months and the role covers the Central / Midlands region with commutable access from Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch, Swadlincote, Tamworth, Hinkley, Nottingham, Derby, and Burton upon Trent.

Role Responsibilities- Secure sales of Aggregates and Asphalt in line with budgeted expectations, including volume and selling price, while promoting added‑value products.
- Regularly engage with all business areas to ensure first‑class customer service.
- Proactively develop and maintain the present and prospective customer base to meet business targets.
- Capture and record all market knowledge in line with company requirements.
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly forecasts.
- Ability to drive continuous improvements and search for new opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and driven.
- Well‑organised and efficient.
- Excellent communication skills with high influence and persuasion.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven effective time‑management skills.
