We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team at Tarmac ‘Hub’ in Mountsorrel, Quorn, near to Loughborough, Leicestershire. This is a great opportunity to join a successful Customer Service team engaging with customers via telephone and email to ensure orders are progressed speedily. Working 8 hrs per day Monday – Friday. The shift patterns are 7:00am - 16:00, 7:30am - 16:30 or 8:00 - 17:00 which will alternate weekly. You will also work occasional Saturday morning on a rota basis (1 in 4).

Main ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the role of Customer Service Coordinator will work cross-functionally within our Customer Service Team and be the initial point of contact for our customers. Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will include:
- Responsibility for customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery
- Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience ensuring high level of customer care and attention at all times
- Completing data entry and order processing tasks
- Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
- Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system
- Building relationships with the key stakeholders in the account base
- Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ascertain transport and material availability
- Ensuring customers are kept informed at all times allowing us to plan our transport fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
