Tarmac is seeking an experienced Estimator (Highways / Infrastructure) to join our Leeds team, supporting pricing and tendering across Yorkshire and the North West. You will work with commercial and operational colleagues to deliver competitive bids and help grow our regional contracting portfolio.
You'll assess risk, develop bids that reflect client needs, and ensure compliance with governance while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Hybrid working is supported.
