Tarmac is seeking a Land Disposals Manager to join the Land Development Team in the UK. You will lead the disposal of development land to housebuilders, developers and private buyers, across a national portfolio, delivering value and strategic opportunities. Reporting to the National Land Disposals Manager, you will collaborate with planning, asset management and development teams, managing advisers and driving disposals from marketing through to completion while maintaining stakeholder.
