- Reviewing mapping, planning history and land designations using specialist tools such as GIS, planning portals and land insight platforms to inform recommendations.
- Providing clear, commercially robust recommendations on consents, refusals and requests for further information.
- Commissioning and reviewing external valuation advice, interpreting reports to support internal approvals and commercial decision‑making.
- Supporting negotiations on covenant variations, releases and overage modifications to protect commercial value.
- Preparing instructions for panel solicitors and assisting with Heads of Terms, commercial summaries and legal documentation, ensuring governance and audit standards are met.
- Monitoring overage triggers and compliance, reviewing data to highlight risks, inconsistencies and required actions.
- Acting as a professional point of contact for applicants, valuers, agents and solicitors, clearly explaining processes, fees and requirements.

- Proven experience in estates, land development, disposals or property transactions.
- Sound commercial judgement, with the ability to assess valuation advice and support negotiations effectively.
- An analytical, detail‑driven approach to problem‑solving, identifying risks and delivering clear, evidence‑based recommendations.
