We are currently looking for a part time Fulfilment Co-ordinator this will be working 22.5 hours a week to join our friendly team in Bawtry on a 6 month fixed term contract. Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. Main ResponsibilitiesOn a day to day basis, the Fulfilment Coordinator's duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following: Ensure 100% adherence to all Transport legislation and Safety protocols understanding safety starts with me Ensure all policies, processes and tools are utilised to make sure customer deliveries are executed with a high level of accuracy and within service level agreements. Analyse network performance identifying opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on maximising profits and reducing costs including no show fines To handle the throughput of inbound calls ensuring all calls are dealt with in line with SLA. To utilise SAP and any telematics software for inbound queries, ensuring clear and precise updates and resolutions are provided to relevant stakeholders To escalate issues and communicate outcomes where appropriate, implementing recommendations to avoid recurrence. To handle all bookings, cancellations & waiting time notifications, ensuring customers and appropriate stakeholders receive communications of delivery changes. To monitor high- risk customers ensuring action is taken where appropriate. To handle incoming complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve.
