We’re looking for a driven and safety-focused Section Manager to lead operations at our Elstow, Bedfordshire. You’ll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role is key to delivering high-quality materials efficiently and sustainably.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily plant operations and drive performance improvements
  • Supervise and develop operatives and contractors
  • Oversee maintenance of fixed and mobile plant
  • Monitor production metrics (OOE/OEE) and manage resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Champion sustainability and inclusion in all aspects of the role
