About the Role

As an External Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts across the region. You’ll ensure price, volume, and profitability targets are met while working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic, rewarding role where you’ll have autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Implementing the Account Portfolio strategy to drive performance
  • Delivering financial targets as set by the Business Unit and Regional Management
  • Achieving monthly and annual Customer Account targets
  • Managing and increasing Value Added Product volume in line with business objectives
  • Supporting Major Project Managers with major bids and tender processes
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction measures are consistently exceeded
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality account plans that outline clear customer objectives
  • Supporting senior management in improving OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
