We’re looking for a dynamic Order Fulfilment & Transport Planner to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain runs like clockwork. This role bridges the gap between order management and transport planning—capturing customer needs, coordinating deliveries, and keeping everything moving smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms
- Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
- Schedule deliveries based on availability and route efficiency
- Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers
- Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems
- Report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs
- Ensure legal compliance (e.g. driver hours, weight limits)
- Handle customer queries and escalate when needed
- Support audit documentation
- Drive continuous improvement
