This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer who enjoys making a real impact through learning. Working across the business, youll deliver high-quality accredited and in-house training programmes, support apprentices on their development journeys, and help ensure our people have the knowledge and skills they need to work safely and effectively.
As a Technical Skills Trainer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences, driving operational excellence and supporting the future development of our people. Based across the UK with travel as required, you'll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders and learners to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
