We are currently looking for a Team Leader Transactional Accounts Receivable to join our Finance function and play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient and compliant Accounts Receivable operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AR professional and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and is motivated by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As Team Leader Transactional Accounts Receivable, you will have two direct reports and be responsible for managing and leading a team that oversees cash application, invoice queries and credit note processing, ensuring compliance with group policies, SOX controls and audit requirements. You'll act as a subject matter expert within AR processes while driving performance, accuracy and efficiency across the team. You'll also contribute to the implementation of process enhancements and future technology improvements to support best-in-class collections and cash application activities.
