We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager to join our Team at Tarmacs Cement Plant in Dunbar, Scotland. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in managing the process plant and people from the raw material stores through to despatch. Ensuring that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner and that the plant is operated in compliance with safety, environmental, planning and Company guidelines.

While this role will primarily work on a day shift, as the plant runs a 24-hour operation over the year, the role will require a degree of flexibility to ensure effective running of the plant. This may involve night working, weekend and
