We are looking for a Strategic Planning Coordinator to join our Land & Natural Resources function, providing vital support to our Strategic Planning, National Mineral Development and Circularity teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team where you will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners, helping to coordinate activities, manage priorities and deliver a high standard of administrative support.

What You'll Be Doing
As Strategic Planning Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across several key teams within Land & Natural Resources. xgikmsk Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for correspondence, enquiries and telephone calls
- Managing diaries, organising meetings and coordinating appointments
- Arranging internal and external meetings, including room bookings and event administration
- Booking travel and accommodation, ensuring arrangements are cost-effective and efficient
- Producing meeting materials including presentations, agendas, notes and minutes
- Maintaining departmental trackers and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Supporting SAP administration and coordinating purchase orders through approved processes
- Assisting with the administration of capital and project expenditure
- Building effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Providing flexible support to the wider team whenever required
