This key role will effectively manage surfacing schemes including all mobile plant Foreperson, Operatives and any subcontractors. You will also lead planning and execution of all works daily ensuring SHE protocols and procedures are followed whilst overseeing the safe and efficient management of various sites.
This role is easily accessible from Shropshire and Herefordshire including Wolverhampton, Sedgley, Dudley, Walsall, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Cannock, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and the surrounding areas. Main ResponsibilitiesAs Road Surfacing Supervisor you will be managing surfacing schemes using aggregates and asphalts across a region both on motorway and local networks. This role ensures all programmes are completed with the highest standards of safety in place and financial contributions are met.
