We are currently recruiting for a Relief Plant Supervisor Readymix to join and lead our fantastic Readymix RMX teams across our Midlands Tarmac sites supporting a large infrastructure project. The sites are easily accessible via most major road networks, based in the heart of the Midlands. The plants are easily commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Walsall, Redditch, Wolverhampton, Nuneaton, Dudley, Sutton Coldfield, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Hinkley, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Bedworth, Daventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Shirley, Banbury and surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • The Relief Plant Supervisor Readymix will manage and be accountable for the RMX operations on our plants.
  • Safety and operational standards are the fundamental aspects of the role with cost control, people management, delivery to customer needs and performance improvement being key.
  • Managing plant compliance with business policies and procedures and ensuring that legislative compliance is also a strong aspect.
