We are currently looking for a permanent Site Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Dunbar Cement Plant.
This role is site based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday on a part-time basis of 22 hours per week.
We are looking to hear from candidates who could work the following pattern: Monday 7:45am - 3:45pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 1.00pm - 3:45pm this will include welcoming visitors and conducting basic checks Ensuring induction for all visitors and compliance with site security procedures General office administration and support for site Supporting with administration of projects and initiatives Organising and supporting the provision of training Providing ad hoc support to the wider site as required Contributing to and supporting the health and safety culture onsite, including being an ambassador Maintenance of records, long-service awards, organising and supporting health surveillance on site.
