We are now looking for an ambitious, highly organised, and energised Project Cutover Lead to join our SuccessFactors programme team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a major transformation, ensuring a seamless transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations.
What you will be doing:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end cutover plan across Data, Technical, and Business workstreams.
- Bring structure, clarity, and control to a complex programme, ensuring every dependency is understood, every risk is managed, and every stakeholder is aligned.
- Lead the cutover strategy, establishing the overall approach and project plans across all major streams.
- Define cutover principles and secure stakeholder agreement.
- Oversee detailed cutover planning and execution.
