We are currently recruiting a Production Manager (Readymix) to play a key leadership role across our West Midlands Readymix operations. Based at our Walsall Readymix site, this role will proactively manage production across multiple Readymix plants and support the Readymix Operations Manager in delivering a sustainable, high-performing, long-term business plan aligned to national initiatives and excellence programmes.

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Readymix Operations Manager, the Production Manager (Readymix) will lead production operations to deliver outstanding results across safety, performance, cost control and profitability, in line with budgetary and strategic targets. Responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing the production team
- Ensuring cost control measures are in place
