Are you an experienced and dynamic Process Engineer looking for your next position?
We are currently looking for a Process Engineer at our Tunstead plant in Buxton.
As the successful Process Engineer, you will be responsible for focusing on plant performance to enable the plant to achieve its health, safety, environment, quality and performance objectives.
You will maintain high safety standards, effectively coaching and challenging others to work safely whilst monitoring key process parameters, identifying actions to solve deviations from targets.
You will conduct day to day and longer-term measurements and investigations to improve performance and optimise plant operations, alongside implementing systems, tools and procedures to optimise the production process.
You will support and where appropriate lead, multidisciplinary teams, projects, Plant Improvement Plans (PIP) and other initiatives to meet business targets.
