In this role, you'll be a key player in our site operations, reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor.
From raw materials and storage to production, dispatch, and housekeeping, you'll be hands-on across every stage all while upholding the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Achieving daily production targets and driving performance
- Recording and reporting quality data to maintain high standards
- Loading and unloading products from plant and vehicles with care
- Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the site evolve
