We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Administrator to support weighbridge operations and daily logistics planning at our Barnstone site. You will play a key role in keeping stock moving efficiently and ensuring we maintain zero out-of-stocks.
What You'll Do:
- Operate the weighbridge and ensure accurate vehicle weighing.
- Coordinate vehicle movements with drivers, yard teams, and dispatch.
- Plan and schedule daily RTU cement dispatches aligned to production and customer demand.
- Adjust plans quickly when delays or urgent needs arise.
- Monitor stock levels across the plant and remote depots.
- Support with returns, rejected loads, and product queries.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Use systems such as SAP or Fleet Planner to manage orders and dispatch data.
- Produce daily/weekly reports and escalate any discrepancies.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and hauliers.
