While the role will involve some selling and converting enquiries into sales, the primary focus is on day-to-day distribution. This includes planning and coordinating deliveries, maximising loads from each truck, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order and delivery process. Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills are therefore essential.

We are currently looking for a Distribution and Sales Coordinator to join our friendly C&H Readymix (RMX) team based at our Costessey site, close to Norwich. This role is easily commutable from Norwich, Dereham, Fakenham, Drayton, Taverham, Aylsham, Wymondham, Cringleford, Attleborough, Spixworth, Poringland, and surrounding areas.
We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment, and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. Therefore, prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.
