Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 5pm - 3am
Location: Cross Green Asphalt Plant, Leeds (easily accessible from Leeds and surrounding areas)
The Role
Reporting to the Nightshift Supervisor, the Multi Skilled Operative (Backshift) plays a key role in the production of asphalt and aggregates for the construction industry, while maintaining best-in-class Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating the onsite asphalt plant to produce a range of asphalt products
- Supporting plant efficiency and optimisation during evening/nightshift operations
