Internal Sales Representative - Silvertown We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly team based in Silvertown.

Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Representative will need to effectively build and develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue growth for our products.

You will also process orders for your geographical area, using your skills to manage customer expectations and keep customers informed along the way.

This role will also involve

  • Working with an External Sales Manager to grow sales
  • Liaising with the production team
  • Customer account management
  • Customer complaints and queries The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience within a customer service environment, or demonstrate the right skills to be a successful salesperson.

  • Outgoing, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Confident in communicating both verbally and in writing The Internal Sales Representative should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to develop effective relationships at all levels.

Proven experience in a sales-orientated environment, with experience of working to and achieving set targets, would be desirable, but not essential, as we are willing to train the right person.
