We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team. This is a regional role covering multiple offices where your base location can be either Colchester, Essex or Snodland, Kent. This role comes with a company car.
The Facilities Coordinator will be a highly visible role, responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, visitors and contractors using the office facilities in the Southeast. Ensuring the offices are an inviting, open and inclusive place to work from. In addition to this role, a key requirement will be on diary/calendar management of the southeast senior leadership team to maximise management time within the region. This includes the efficient organisation of meeting spaces for meetings, conferences and events.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the South-East offices meet all Health and Safety requirements.
- Working closely with the purchasing team to optimise contracted spend with approved suppliers.
- Ensuring that the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management systems and procedures are understood and enacted.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues.
