Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter looking for your next permanent role? We are currently looking for a HS2 Maintenance Fitter to join our friendly team based from our Great Worth plant. This role will work on the plants supporting a large infrastructure project and will cover 7 production sites across the Midlands and North Oxfordshire. The base site is easily accessible via most major road networks, based in the heart of the Midlands and is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Redditch, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Tamworth, Towcester, Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton, Rugby and the surrounding areas.

We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds. The role is a DAYS role so you will be required to work Monday - Friday; with overtime available to meet with our sites' needs. A company vehicle is provided for this role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, as our HS2 Maintenance Fitter you will be responsible for undertaking plant maintenance, repairs and improvements to ensure maximum reliability of all plant associated areas.
  • Assist team members in all relevant tasks.
