Are you an experienced mechanical fitter looking to take ownership in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment? Do you take pride in maintaining high-performing plant and equipment? Would you like the chance to work in a varied, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Mobile Mechanical Plant Fitter to join our engineering team based at Clitheroe Quarry. This is a key role supporting multiple sites across the Lancashire region, focused on maintaining critical plant equipment, improving reliability, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement.
If you have experience working on conveyors, crushers, screens, pumps, gearboxes or similar industrial equipment and take pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently then this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of quarry and plant equipment. This involves working across sites, responding to breakdowns, delivering planned maintenance and supporting improvement projects.
