Are you a Site / Quarry Manager looking for your next role? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Quarry Manager to join and lead our friendly operations team at our Tarmac Stancombe Quarry and Asphalt Plant, which is located in Bristol. The site is easily accessible from Long Ashton, Nailsea, Portbury, Portishead, Wrington, Langford, Yatton, Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Quarry Manager will report directly to the Site Manager and operate at peer level with the Quarry Section Manager and Asphalt Section Manager.
  • The position provides operational and technical support across both Quarry and Asphalt while holding primary responsibility for site maintenance strategy, delivery and performance.
  • The Assistant Quarry Manager will manage operations with key focus on safely delivering projects.
