Are you an Accountant looking for your next challenge? At Tarmac, we are looking for an Accountant to join the team based at our T3 Head Office in Solihull.
As the Accountant, you will support the Assistant Manager in partnering with key business stakeholders on specific focus areas. Your role will also include contributing to the provision and reporting of effective financial information and management accounting at each month end and through the month as required.
Your responsibilities in this role will include (not exhaustive):
- The preparation and posting of journals
- Supporting the Assistant Manager as part of the team delivering the month end close
- Completing high-quality balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with guidelines and timetables
- Working closely with business unit finance teams; ensuring full understanding and documentation of any balances and timely resolution of any issues
